Valentine's Day Bunting

I had grand, grand plans to make a Valentine's Day wreath.

Then, in my "pack up ALL the stuff because we're outta here in 3 months" frenzy, I misplaced my glue gun.  All the boxes looked so neat and orderly.   I didn't want to disturb them.

So I took my 8 sheets of felt and made this instead.

I did have to open a box to find some yarn.

You win some, you lose some, I guess.  Those wreaths actually take a really long time.  This decoration took less than an hour from start to finish.

I love doing projects with felt because it's so darn cheap.  Any cute, inexpensive crafts I should try??  Remember, no sewing machine, please :)

Cute! Apparently I am just really late to the bunting/garland game, the only one ive ever made was with paper snowflakes this last Christmas. I'm so behind the times....

I love this! If only I had some place to put it! No fireplace to hang it on here. Super easy though! I had someone give me some burlap and I made a Halloween burlap banner which was pretty easy! I also make yarn wreaths. They are super fun and really easy!

So instead of blowing up your comments on these last five posts, I'm going to condense it down here as much as I can: LOVE this bunting, those outfit posts are darling (the pencil skirt especially - and you could totally pull off brown leggings with it because you are a blogger and bloggers have automatic permission to bend fashion rules!), glad to know ZDThirty got a stamp of approval, and finally, HOLY CRAP DOWNTON (and if you want the link to watch the rest of season three online let me know, I watched them all at once and my head exploded).

Love it! It is so cute! A super easy craft is to download the free subway art for each holiday and have it printed somewhere and put it in a frame :)

I've always got grand plans for everything. If only all we had to do in life was plan, and not actually do things!
I love the decorations! I made paper snowflake bunting before Christmas break because I was trying to avoid studying for finals! :)
